WIAD supports several proxy configurations
Proxy configs known as WPAD , proxy.pac and wpad.dat are scripts that a browser will run on each page get. The script will tell the browser where to find the web page, either directly from the computers gateway settings or from a proxy server on the network. Which in some cases can be one and the same.
You can get proxy files into the browser by presetting the file, directing where the file is located on a server, or sending to the computer/browsers with WPAD.
Here are some helpfull links on proxys before going any further. WIKI , TESCO, SQUID
You can set proxy script configs with WIADServer By Setting in the users RADIUS User Profile (RUP), when a client pc request a PAC file WIADServer will return the text of that file as a mime type for proxy autoconfig
You can additionaly set proxy scripts for users in an authorized block of IP's and additionaly a proxy file for all users on the system. This is set under DHCP configuration settings.
